A large component of our dental trips are emergency work  but the other priority is to educate as many people as we can in good Oral Hygiene practices.  Much of this education is to the children as they are the ones who take the messages to the families.

Tooth brushes were collected and donated by children from Robertson Public School and SCEGGS Darlinghurst.  1250 brushes were handed out with 250 toothpastes

The teaching is done in Nepali by Bishnu Shrestha our companion Nepali dentist. 

Bishnu is a great teacher and has a wonderful rapport with the children.  Everyone has a great time.
